Introduction

Use of these services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
The client declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Use of Online Booking Services
2.1 Online Booking Services
They allow users to book one accommodation unit in the “Apartamentos Gran8Nerja” Tourist Apartment Building.
2.2 Booking Procedure
Upon using the service, the user will receive a confirmation email with their booking tracking number.
The user must check the voucher and confirmation to avoid any misunderstandings.
2.3 Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
No-shows for check-in or cancellations made after the check-in deadline, less than 24 hours in advance or 7 days in high season, will result in an automatic charge to your credit card for one night’s stay, as well as cancellation of the reservation.
To cancel or modify your reservation, the user has an indicator on the website, in the “Reservations” section.
2.4 Use of Services
The user agrees to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs, and public order, as well as with the provisions of these general terms and conditions and the accompanying Internal Regulations.
The user agrees not to use the services for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to the established regulations.
2.5 Category

2.6 Rooms with Two Single Beds or One Double Bed
The availability of the assigned double room with two single beds joined together or a single double bed cannot be guaranteed.
If one or the other room type is essential, the guest is advised to inform the property in advance.
2.7 Group Bookings
Discounts are often available, and the property may apply certain conditions.
Group bookings should not be divided into smaller individual bookings.
Cancellation and payment conditions for group bookings will be confirmed with each group request.
2.8 Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time at Apartamentos Gran8Nerja is from 3:00 PM.
Mandatory check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
2.9 Discounts for Children
- Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in a crib or sharing existing bedding, unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking. (Cots are subject to availability).
- Children over 2 years old pay the adult price.
2.10 Change of Accommodation
In the very unlikely event that the establishment is unable to provide accommodation, the guest agrees that its responsibility is limited to finding accommodation of a similar standard and location (3 keys or higher) and offering appropriate transportation to this new accommodation.
The guest agrees that the establishment will not always be able to provide advance notice of such a change, and also that, from the moment transportation is offered, the establishment will not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages resulting from relocation.
If the guest refuses a satisfactory alternative, this will be at their own risk.
