The Gran8Nerja building is located in the heart of Nerja’s historic center. It’s next to the Town Hall and the tourist office, and just a 2-minute walk from the Church of El Salvador, the Balcón de Europa viewpoint, and the town’s iconic coves. Surrounded by streets and squares with a wide variety of restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, and shops, it’s close to all amenities without the need for a car or long walks.

Apartment 3 at Gran8Nerja is located on the ground floor of the building and features a large living-dining room with direct access to the Town Hall Square.

This spacious, bright, and comfortable apartment has two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living-dining room that opens onto a small street-level terrace with direct access to the Town Hall Square. Both bedrooms have large windows overlooking the Town Hall Square. Ground floor apartment with access to a pedestrian square, ideal for families with children or smokers.

The Gran8Nerja building has an elevator with stops on all floors. Guests with reduced mobility can also enjoy the communal rooftop terrace and gym (in the basement).

Amenities and Services

Maximum occupancy: 4 people.

One additional person can be accommodated by requesting an extra bed (includes sheets, towels, pillows, and a duvet). The extra bed is not part of the apartment’s standard furnishings. It will be installed upon request and confirmation from the company, subject to availability, at an additional cost of €5 per night.

After request, confirmation, and payment, the extra bed will be set up in the bedroom with two single beds, resulting in a three-bed bedroom and a reduced room size.

BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed (150 cm x 200 cm, maximum 2 people), bedside tables, wardrobe, and clothes rack. Large window overlooking the Town Hall Square.

BATHROOM 1: En-suite. Walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Neutral soap and toilet paper will be provided as a welcome gift.

BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm, maximum 1 person per bed), bedside table, wardrobe, and clothes rack. Large window overlooking the interior courtyard.

BATHROOM 2: Adjacent to the bedroom. Walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, toilet, and sink. Neutral soap and toilet paper will be provided as a welcome gift.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: At the far end of the living/dining room is a small street-level terrace with comfortable armchairs and an electric blind that opens onto the Town Hall Square. This blind can be fully opened to enjoy the outdoors or kept closed by adjusting the slats to control light, privacy, and ventilation. Direct access to the Town Hall Square makes this apartment highly recommended for families with children (the square is pedestrianized) or for smokers. 1 sofa, 1 table, 4 dining chairs, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning/Heating

KITCHEN: Integrated into the living/dining room and fully equipped. It also has a breakfast bar and 2 stools. Kitchen cabinets with basic cooking utensils for 4/5 people: plates, glasses, cups, mugs, cutlery, pots, and pans. Broom closet with basic cleaning supplies: clothesline, mop, bucket, broom, and dustpan. As a welcome gift, the kitchen will contain a trash bag, dish soap, and multi-purpose disinfectant cleaner.

Appliances: Refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob (2 burners), electric oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron.

The apartments are equipped with bed linens (mattress protectors, duvet covers, comforters, blankets, pillows), towels (shower and hand towels), a bath mat, kitchen towels, and pool towels. A clothesline is provided on the window overlooking the interior courtyard.

Family Friendly

BABY SET: 1 travel cot (assembled with mattress, protective covers, pillow, sheets, duvet, and towels), 1 high chair, 1 baby bathtub, 1 set of baby tableware.

The Baby Set is completely free, but must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to availability.
The cot will be set up in the master bedroom (Bedroom 1).
