Gran Plaza Apartments – Apartment 4

The Gran Plaza Building is located in the heart of Nerja’s historic center. Next to the Town Hall and the tourist office in Plaza de España, it’s a 2-minute walk from the Church of El Salvador, the Balcón de Europa viewpoint, and its iconic coves. Surrounded by streets and squares with a wide variety of restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, and shops, it’s close to all amenities, so you don’t need a car or long walks.

Gran Plaza offers spacious and bright accommodations equipped with every comfort for a family or couple’s vacation.

The building has a large private terrace with views of Plaza España, Plaza Cabana, and the sea in the background. The private terrace is fully equipped for enjoying the sun and fresh air with family or friends in complete privacy. It has a large outdoor kitchen-dining area with an electric barbecue and all the necessary equipment for enjoying meals al fresco.

The building has an elevator with stops at all levels. Guests with reduced mobility can also enjoy the communal rooftop sun terrace.

Amenities and services

Maximum occupancy: 2 people.

BEDROOM: 1 extra-large double bed (200cm x 200cm, maximum 2 people), nightstand, wardrobe, and coat rack. Juliet balcony overlooking Granada Street.

BATHROOM: In the bedroom (suite). Walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Mild soap and toilet paper are provided as a welcome gift.

LIVING-DINING ROOM: Large window with garden views. 1 sofa, 1 side table, 1 dining table, 4 dining chairs. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning/Heating

KITCHEN: Kitchen cabinets with basic utensils for 2/3 people: plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Basic cleaning supplies: clothesline, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, bucket, mop, etc. As a welcome gift, a garbage bag, dishwashing detergent, and multipurpose disinfectant are provided in the kitchen.

Appliances: Refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob (3 burners), oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker with Senseo pads.

The apartment is provided with bedding (bumpers, covers, duvets, blankets, pillows, cushions), towels (shower and washbasin), shower mats, tea towels, pool towels, etc.

Family Friendly

BABY SET: 1 travel crib (assembled with mattress, protective covers, pillow, sheets, duvet, and towels), 1 high chair, 1 baby bathtub, and 1 set of children’s dishes.
The Baby Set is completely free, but must be requested in advance and will be confirmed based on availability.
The crib will be installed in the master bedroom (Bedroom 1).
