It’s next to the Town Hall and the tourist office, and just a 2-minute walk from the Church of El Salvador, the Balcón de Europa viewpoint, and its iconic coves. Surrounded by streets and squares with a wide variety of restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, and shops, it’s close to all amenities without the need for a car or long walks.

Apartment 5 at Gran8Nerja is located on the top floor of the building. It’s a complete penthouse apartment spread over two floors, both accessible by a private elevator. The Gran8Nerja penthouse features two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living-dining room. Both bedrooms have Juliet balconies overlooking Granada Street.

The penthouse boasts a large private terrace with views of Plaza España, Plaza Cabana, and the sea in the distance. The private terrace is fully equipped for enjoying the sun and fresh air with family or as a couple in complete privacy. It features a spacious outdoor kitchen and dining area with an electric barbecue and all the necessary utensils for al fresco dining. There is also a heated outdoor hot tub for relaxing soaks at any time of day, year-round, with complete privacy. This area is complemented by sun loungers and small tables where you can sunbathe and enjoy a refreshing drink without leaving home in the heart of Nerja.

The Gran8Nerja building has an elevator with stops on all floors. Guests with reduced mobility can also enjoy the communal rooftop terrace and the gym in the basement.

BATHROOM 1: En-suite. Walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Neutral soap and toilet paper are provided as a welcome gift.

BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm, maximum 1 person per bed), bedside table, wardrobe, and clothes rack. Juliet balcony overlooking Granada Street.

BATHROOM 2: Adjacent to the bedroom. Walk-in shower with folding glass doors, toilet, and sink. Neutral soap and toilet paper are provided as a welcome gift.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Large window overlooking the pool. 1 sofa, 1 side table, 1 dining table, 4 dining chairs. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning/Heating

KITCHEN: Kitchen cabinets with basic utensils for 4/5 people: plates, glasses, cups, mugs, cutlery, pots, pans…

Basic cleaning supplies: clothesline, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, bucket, mop… As a welcome gift in the kitchen, a trash bag, dish soap, and multi-purpose disinfectant spray are provided.

Appliances: Refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob (3 burners), electric oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron.

The apartments are equipped with bed linens (bumpers, pillowcases, duvets, blankets, pillows), towels (shower and hand towels), a bath mat, kitchen towels, and pool towels.

Family Friendly

BABY SET: 1 travel cot (assembled with mattress, protective covers, pillow, sheets, duvet, and towels), 1 high chair, 1 baby bathtub, 1 set of baby tableware.

The Baby Set is completely free, but must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to availability.
The cot will be set up in the master bedroom (Bedroom 1).
