TERRACE-POOL

It’s located on the second floor of the building (rooftop). It’s shared by all Gran8Nerja guests. Its use is limited to guests staying at Gran8Nerja Apartments.

The Pool Terrace is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., every day of the year. It has a maximum capacity of 8 people.

The terrace has an umbrella, lounge chairs, and outdoor tables for all guests to enjoy. Due to space limitations, there are no sun loungers. The pool measures 450cm long x 250cm wide x 140cm deep. It is not heated.

• It is forbidden to access the Pool Terrace with any glass objects (glasses, bottles, etc.)
• Access to the Pool Terrace with any type of food is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to jump, throw yourself, splash or do anything that involves removing water from the pool and causing it to empty.
• Listening to music without headphones is prohibited.
• The use of inflatable toys (balls, mattresses, dolls, etc.) is prohibited.
• It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• The use of the Terrace-Pool is prohibited in situations of rain or thunderstorm.
• Gran8Nerja is not responsible for accidents resulting from non-compliance with the rules.

A sign with the pool’s opening hours, rules, and restrictions is located next to the pool. If a guest ignores the indicated restrictions, this will result in the termination of the rental agreement and require the guest to immediately vacate the apartment. Should this occur, Gran8Nerja Apartments will refund any outstanding nights up to the end of the reservation, and the guest will be responsible for finding alternative accommodation.

The gym is located in the basement of the building and is shared by all guests over 18 who wish to use it. It is available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

GYM

The maximum capacity is 4 people, all over 18 years of age. The gym key is personal and non-transferable.

• Attendance at the gym will be limited to physical exercises.
• Guests use the gym at their own risk.
• The use of athletic clothing and footwear is mandatory. Flip-flops or sandals are not permitted, nor is exercise with a bare chest. Wet swimsuits are not permitted.

There are video surveillance cameras on the premises.

COMMON WORK AREA

On the basement floor of the building, next to the gym, there is a comfortable work area designed for those who need a quiet space to complete tasks remotely. The area offers a spacious and functional environment, ideal for small tasks, online meetings, or moments of concentration away from their usual surroundings.

SAUNA

The sauna is available during the winter months.

The maximum capacity is 2 people and its use is limited to guests over 18 years of age.

Reservations and payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sauna service is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge of €20 per hour (minimum 1 hour). The sauna will automatically turn on and off based on the time booked, and extra towels for two people are included.

ENTRY AND ELEVATOR

El edificio Gran8Nerja dispone de ascensor comunitario con parada en todos los niveles del edificio. La capacidad máxima del ascensor es hasta 400 kg. Si se excede el peso, el ascensor se bloqueará por seguridad, siendo necesario avisar a emergencias y esperar la visita del técnico para que lo desbloquee y
salir. Por este motivo, la empresa recomienda 3 personas si son adultos de complexión fuerte o 2 personas adultas si suben equipaje.
